This is an oil painting of my Uncle's horse, Norman, which I've painted as a surprise for his birthday on saturday from my family 
I've known Normy since I was a tiny kid, and he still seems like a mountain to me. He's a 17.2hh Norman Cob, getting on a bit now. I remember being led around on his back when I was about 5, wondering when I would be able to ride him properly
And we've had many great rides together since!! He doesn't like Dash much though hahaha!
